From the moment you arrive in Shundahai, Garden City, Utah, the experience begins. Grand glass doors open to mountain air and curated light, while every detail, from sound to scent to sightlines, is tuned to help you unwind and reconnect.

The Experience
At its heart lies a breathtaking indoor pool pavilion, complete with sauna, steam room, cold plunge, and a custom 15-foot stainless-steel waterslide. A 20-person spa anchors the space, framed by two roll-up glass doors for seamless indoor-outdoor living in every season.

The experience continues across multiple decks and gathering spaces, from a Bullfrog rooftop hot tub (seats 8) overlooking the turquoise lake, to fire-lit lounges, a sports court for pickleball or basketball, and tranquil landscaping with a pond, waterfall, and bridge. The outdoor kitchen includes a built-in grill, smoker, and lounge seating for relaxed dining under the stars.

Inside, the home’s smart lighting and whole-home audio create a mood that shifts effortlessly from lively to peaceful, powered by high-speed air fiber and Starlink backup for total connectivity.

Accommodations
With 11 bedrooms, each featuring a private en-suite bathroom and its own smart TV, The Halai comfortably sleeps 50 guests.
- Main Level: Primary suite with king bed, dual-head digital shower, and soaking tub.
- Upper Level: Two king bedrooms, each with a twin-over-twin bunk and en-suite bath.
- Lower Level Primary Wing: One king suite with two twin-over-twin bunks; four additional king bedrooms, all with en-suites.
- Basement: One king bedroom with two twin trundles (3 sleepers), and two bunkrooms with custom full-over-queen and twin bunks (22 sleepers total).
