The Sapphire Lodge is a special property designed from the ground up to cater to large groups, from family reunions to corporate retreats. Tastefully decorated modern mountain furniture throughout, this home is comfortably zoned to offer a great experience while gathering together, but privacy to spend more intimate moments throughout the home in different living rooms and gathering spaces.

This property features an incredible open floor plan with a large kitchen, great room, and dining room all adjacently located with plenty of seating and space to gather the entire group for meals and fun. The kitchen features a 48" professional range, plenty of counter prep space, and all the kitchenware needed to craft your culinary masterpieces for your group. Do not worry about fridge space as this property features two extra deep fridges, also enjoy the deep basin sink, high-end ultra-quiet dishwasher all that make cleanup a breeze and allow for more time to spend thoughtful memories with those in your group.

Two masters on the main floor make it easy for those in your group needing comfortable living space without all the stairs to have privacy and be close to all the action. Upstairs features an incredible bunk room with Full over Full bunk beds, 65" TV, and game tables. Enjoy the loft with a plush oversized sofa and large TVs for a little space to get away and enjoy some rest and relaxation.

Downstairs the party continues with a video game wall, pool table, ping pong table, extra-large oversized sofa designed to sit 15, and a kitchenette to keep the snacks coming. Multiple bedrooms downstairs feature king beds and even an additional ensuite master makes sure you are extremely comfortable in this home away from home. All our beds feature plush 14" Gel Memory Foam Hybrid Mattresses from Wellsville Sleep, sure to give you the best sleep you have ever had! Comfortable pillows and sheets were judiciously selected to make sure your rest is as perfect as the rest of your stay.

Great for a family reunion.

We loved this house! The beds were amazing—tons of room for everyone, beautiful views, ping pong and pool downstairs, and the most extensive gaming system I have ever seen. I didn’t know how it worked but it kept so many teenagers and kids entertained when we had some downtime. There is an electric car charging station in the garage which was also handy. We loved the huge windows-the house was light and bright. Plenty of area in the kitchen and deck for huge groups to eat dinner. Almost every bedroom had a bathroom close to it so several families could have separate spaces. Great for a family reunion.

We really enjoyed our time staying here, we come every year as a company and get around 5 cabins for about 200 people and we are always so pleased and have always enjoyed working with Bear Lake Luxury Rentals. Amazing experience!

This house has it all!! From cozy couches to excellent entertainment, you’ll find everything you’re looking for here! I had the most enjoyable stay, full of heartwarming moments. Amazing House!!!

Every year we look for a property that will accommodate our family of 19 for a summer reunion. This property was probably the best we’ve ever stayed at. The owners thought out every detail for a comfortable stay. The house is perfectly designed for large groups and tastefully decorated with high quality furniture. There are plenty of extremely comfortable beds, a large well equipped kitchen with plenty of seating. Ample outdoor gathering areas with a beautiful view of the lake. We enjoyed the two game rooms playing pool, ping pong and basketball. The property is close to ATV trails as well as the lake. The hot tub was great after a long day of riding. We will definitely stay here again.

Fun in the snow

Although this place is beautiful and we did have a fantastic time there were some major hiccups. The fireplace couldn’t be turned on with it being 5 degrees outside, the propane on the grill was empty so we couldn’t cook what was planned for dinner Friday night, the hot tub was locked in its setting so we couldn’t get it warm and when we arrived to the house it was 58 degrees of which we needed to heat up. I will say by Saturday late morning after we called all the items were resolved but the fireplace however all should have been ready for us before we got there. If you plan to have wine or an adult beverage this place is not prepared or stocked for you at all. If you wear makeup they don’t want you to use their white towels but didn’t provide anything else for you to use. The bathrooms are not stocked at all so make sure you bring everything you use inside and outside the shower as well as a blow dryer. On the other hand if there is enough snow and cold like we had during our stay the road right next to the house was the best sledding hill for a bunch of crazy wanna be young adults having a little Valentines fun. The views out all the back windows are spectacular!!

He fireplace was not turning on.

The fireplace was not turning on. We contacted host to ask directions on how to turn it on. The host was unable to assist so sent maintenance out to repair. However, they were unable to repair therefore we were without a fireplace our whole visit.
We also struggled with getting the hot tub set to heat up.
Overall, a very nice home with a gorgeous view. A few great restaurants within about 10 miles.
We skied at Beaver Mountain and snowmobiled at Beaver Creek. Great memories made for our teenagers and my parents!

Matthew, we are glad you had a good time in our home and unfortunately during your stay we experienced the coldest weather we have seen in several years of -30 degrees F which made it hard for the hot tub to keep the water at 102 degrees F. We are sorry about that and hope that is not what you will remember about your stay with us. Come back soon!
