The property sits atop a secluded 5-acre lot with ample space to spread out, explore and enjoy all Bear Lake has to offer. Polaris Peak offers eight spacious bedrooms comfortably accommodating 36 from the Master Bedroom with ensuite to bunk rooms for the kids at heart. Individuals will fall asleep in luxurious plush mattresses all hand-selected for the best nights rest possible. The kitchen will allow you to make all of your favorite culinary delights. Enjoy competitive games of ping pong, relax in our BULLFROG spa or in front of one of the 5 large 55”+ flat-screen TVs or gather for a movie in the private theater sporting a 150" screen as you wind down from the exciting days down at the lake.

The residence is minutes from The Reserve Clubhouse, which includes 2 pools, hot tub, workout facility, basketball courts, game room, tennis courts, and even an office space, which can all be used free of charge during your stay. Just half a mile down the road, you’ll find over 1,900 feet of private beach on the edge of Bear Lake’s stunning blue waters, where guests can relax and have some fun in the sun accessed by a private gate (lake level permitting). Please note: the outdoor pool is closed during the winter months (October-Memorial day).
