Persimmon Hill at Bear Lake (Sleeps 26)

We weren’t able to use the Pickleball court or the basketball court, only because it was winter, it was fun! The hot tub was amazing! The kitchen was stocked so well! The most comfy-extra blankets I have ever experienced. It felt like my blankets you can’t bring from home! I own the same wonderful towels, it was lovely. The views from the home are absolutely spectacular, shoveling the snow was fun. Because we were there on a holiday. It wasn’t a big deal when we didn’t have the plows everyday. I didn’t care at all. I love it. I have four-wheel-drive and was not worried. They still did it asap. You just can’t say enough about how great this home is, little things missing, it was still great. I think this summer with the Pickleball court and the basketball court. The boys would have been in heaven. Thank you.

The property was so great. Very clean. Parking was plentiful. Close to our activities. Weather was great in October so we played outside a lot in the sport court. Basketball and pickleball. All equipment was provided. The kitchen was so great! Plenty of seating for our group of 21.

We loved our stay. The home is beautiful and the view of the lake is amazing. The pickleball/basketball court in the backyard as well as the games in the basement were a huge hit with the kids. Lots of room for parking boats and trailers. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here! We had 3 generations on our trip, 7 children under age 10, and everyone had a blast! The home itself is so beautiful and you cannot beat the view. This home has everything you need, you don’t need to pack kitchenware, baking pans, blenders, even spices, etc. Plenty of plates, silverware, drinking glasses, some acrylic so they are great for kids, and felt like we could have had 50 people there they had enough for everyone! There are so many extra pillows and blankets, tons of towels for use in the bedrooms. We brought our baby camera for our 10 month old, and they even accommodated us and made a WiFi network just for our monitor. They also stopped by with propane tanks for the fire pit and grill, and were very responsive/friendly! The regular WiFi was a bit slow at times but we had so many people connecting so that was not surprising. The temperature in the home can be freezing or hot depending on the room, so we just had to learn how to mitigate the airflow well. There are 3 levels to stay on, basement, main floor, and upstairs, so each family in our group had their own sections in the home. The main floor bedroom is great for those who have trouble with stairs. There are 6 full bathrooms here (3 of them are en suites), there was never a wait for anyone in our group. This location was perfect spot - 6 min from Garden City, 5 min from water sports, and tons of ATV trails around. This is the nicest home we’ve ever stayed in, and I can see this becoming our annual family trip rental!

This is the 2nd time we stayed at this great house! Again it was an awesome experience, we will be back next year!

House was stunning and views were even better, went during winter time and everything was pre plowed and salted even though it had been snowing all day which was super nice. It was absolutely perfect for the get away we needed. The house was very spacious (super over kill for just my wife and I) but I imagine it would be great for hosting big groups. We spent most of our time cooking and hanging out in the kitchen. The kitchen is massive and fully stocked which absolutely thrilled my wife and made it that much easier to prepare the meals we had planned. There is tons to do in the house and honestly we didn’t get close to doing everything we had wanted to take advantage of while we were there. Overall it was great for just the two of us and would probably be amazing for a full group and honestly tons of value if you were to split it with a few couples

Stayed here last October with only 6 people and it was the perfect place. Came back this year for Labor Day with almost a full house and it was the perfect place again! Everyone in our group loved it and had a great time. Lots of amenities to keep everyone happy...pickle ball, basketball, pool, ping pong, foosball, etc. and plenty of places to sit and relax both inside and out. The view is awesome and the neighborhood is super quiet. The hosts are on top of it! Great communication leading up to and during the stay. Would definitely recommend!

To say this place was INCREDIBLE would be an understatement! From the stunning view as you approach the house going up the hill, to the spectacular view of Bear Lake! Chefs dream kitchen, plenty of comfortable bedrooms, games, and even just relax! This place will be our regular spot to come and stay! Thank you Spencer and Lisa for taking such great care of us!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. It was comfortable and had a great view. Our favorite amenities were the pickleball court and the hot tub. We also loved all the outdoor furniture around the deck, for visiting and taking in the great view.

This house is fantastic! The amenities are great! The home is comfortable and set up nicely for large groups. Would definitely stay again. Responses from property management group was slow though.

This home has one of the best equipped kitchens we’ve ever used when we travel. We felt right at home. Very clean and comfortable. The view was amazing!!! We really enjoyed the pool and the ping pong tables. The hot tub was awesome with the lake view. Spencer was really nice and easy to communicate with! Definitely coming back!!!!

Beautiful home, beautiful view, convenient location

I found the property to be in excellent condition.. Everything just as stated in the Ad. we did have an issue with someone on the property that said they were working for the property owner doing landcaping, I saw a stranger walking around the back yard and i confronted him to ask his reason to being there. He refused to give me name and other than landscaper. He became confrentational and i asked him to leave if he didnt want to cooperat. he left.

Well equipped plenty of room. Would definitely stay there again.
