This new cabin is nestled in the only large grove of Quaken Aspen and Pine trees at the top of the Reserve. 100 Acre Lodge offers breathtaking views and year-round enjoyment for all ages. Experience the beauty of all seasons in this unique cabin, perfect for large and small groups from families to corporate retreats.

Spacious Living and Breathtaking Views-
The Grand Room features a wall of glass to the east, offering stunning views of the lake, valley and mountains. Open the doors to the enormous deck and enjoy the fresh air, or simply relax in the spacious vaulted family room with ample space for games and conversation.

Gourmet Kitchen and Dining-
The large, modern kitchen is perfect for preparing meals for your entire group, with seating for 26 at the tables and an additional 8 at the island bar ­just in that immediate area. Outdoor deck and patio seating, and a second mini-bar kitchen with tables in the basement game room offer significant additional comfortable meal-time seating for large groups. High-end Thermador appliances, including 2 commercial-grade fridges, 2 ovens, 6 burner gas range, 2 dishwashers, and 2 microwaves with a warming drawer, ensure a delightful cooking experience. If the weather is good, enjoy cooking and serving your favorite foods on the large gas grill outside on the deck.

Luxurious Accommodations and Relaxing Bathrooms-
100 Acre Lodge boasts 9 beautifully appointed bedrooms (mostly king beds) with bedding from ©Malouf, accommodating up to 50 guests, ensuring that everyone in your party can rest comfortably. While relaxing in our Master Ensuite Tub, you can enjoy the breathtaking views of the lake and valley above the Aspen grove that surrounds the northeast side of the home. Large rooms, high vault ceilings, tall doors and 10’ basement ceilings, including covered and uncovered decks and patios make the home feel large and open. You won't need to wait in line with 7 well-equipped bathrooms that will make getting ready for a day of adventure or winding down for the evening a breeze.

Eleven (11) other HD TVs throughout the home keep everyone entertained. Relax in the large private hot tub or take in the lake or mountain views from the decks ­and porches (portions of which are covered for inclement weather and others which are open for sun bathers). Regardless of the weather, golf enthusiasts can enjoy the world's top courses and training systems on a 15.5 x 11.5-foot screen in the custom simulator room. Complete your hole on the custom putting green, using your own clubs or our high-end PXG clubs, including a Titleist Scotty Cameron putter.
