Endless views

Absolutely incredible experience. I could speak to the facility but that would take time away from talking about the views and the balconies and the views and still more balconies. Yeah, it has a beautiful indoor pickleball facility, beds that make you feel like you\'re on clouds, a kitchen that goes on for days and a garage filled will all the goodies for the kids, but the views, the endless views!

Beautiful home with amazing views

This house is so amazing and the views of Bear Lake are unmatched!! The owners put so much thought and detail into every room which makes for a perfect getaway. The beds are so comfy which is a huge plus and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you can think of. Not to mention the indoor pickleball court and all the fun extras they provided for kids. It was truly an amazing place to stay and we can’t wait to go back!!!

This rental is BEYOND amazing. Our family had everything we needed and more. From the high end finishes, cozy bedding, amazing indoor pickleball court, sweet hot tub, outside hangout areas, indoor lounge areas, huge bedrooms and en suites, nothing was overlooked. Luxury living with breathtaking views of beautiful bear lake. Will be staying again and again.

Paradise for families

The room design allows for multiple families to enjoy the home and the amenities and the nearby outdoor recreational activities while still maintaining some sense of togetherness and privacy.
Feel free to relax when you’re in this home, the kids are busy… they’re in the sports court playing pickleball, or building in the sandcastle, or enjoying a soak in the hot tub. Come together on the comfy furniture and huge living spaces. Grilled bacon on the blackstone on the huge covered deck overlooking the lake for my family and 20+ others as the sun was coming up and found myself keeping the grill on LOW… just to enjoy the views and to soak it all in!

This house is not only stunning and so well kept. But the house has everything you need. The kitchen is fully stocked with the best appliances, and dishes. The rooms have plenty of space, charging plugs by the beds, comfy beds and sheets. The bedrooms are set up perfectly for individual Families with bathrooms and separate common areas.
The best part of this house is that it’s a kids/teenagers dream! With stunning views and all the fun toys, pickleball court, sandbox, play ground, ping pong and arcade games! My kids played for hours just at the house alone. Don’t skip on this house

With an unsurpassed lake view, the Emerald Estate is a breathtaking venue for your Bear Lake getaway. I love that it’s located in a cul de sac - it offers privacy & is great for kids. There is much to do & discover, including a bicycle pump track on the property- and don’t forget a beautiful indoor pickleball court for year round play. At the end of a busy day, you can gather around the gas fire pit for s’mores & conversation! There is truly something for everyone...you just need to experience it for yourself. It is stunning, both inside & out! There may be “No place like home” but at the Emerald Estate you’ll know “You’re not in Kansas anymore.” Enjoy the beauty!

Grandkids loved the trampoline, arcade games and play structure. We all enjoyed the nice hot tub, fire pit and games in the garage. Very comfortable quiet and private. We’ll definitely be back!

Peaceful Luxury Getaway

This luxury getaway feels like your personal resort! Beautiful lake views and lots of activities to do around the property, you don’t even need a boat to enjoy Bear Lake! We had 10
Adults and 11 kids (ages 2-12) and everyone wanted to stay an extra day. There’s so much space that kids could run games and adventures and adults could still relax in the quiet ambiance of nature. The beautiful kitchen made it easy to prepare meals for our large group and the grill was amazing! You are removed from the bustle of the main road, but if you need a raspberry shake, it’s easy to throw a group in the car and run down to town to grab one (or bring some back for everyone else!) Definitely will come back (I wish I could live here!)

Absolutely Amazin

We had the best weekend at the Emerald Estate. This place is luxury from top to bottom and the design was flawless. We loved the master suites for every family and massive living spaces that handled a crowd easily. The kids were in heaven with endless options for fun and entertainment. Everything is high quality and the view could not have been better. We will definitely come back!
