Perfect for Large Groups

This home is thoughtfully laid out. The bedrooms comfortably sleep many people with thoughtful attention to detail from reading lights to multiple pillows! The kitchen is phenomenal with a large butlers pantry filled will multiple fridges and large appliances (multiple crockpots, kitchen aids and more). It is the perfect location for family reunions or gatherings for large groups.

Perfection!

Spent a few days here with a group of friends & had the best time. The property is pristine & is on a beautiful piece of property with gorgeous views. The layout of the house is such that you could have 80 people staying in it & not feel like you’re on top of each other. Before I even left the property , I was texting family members about having a reunion here. Fingers crossed I get back here sooner rather than later!

Not only is the view exceptional, but its capacity to hold huge groups of people and provide large enough gathering spaces and private enough sleeping arrangements is incredible! The beds and bedding were super comfortable and I slept like a dream! Add in the pool house and sauna options and its next level!

This Place is DREAMY!

The first thing that comes to mind when describing this place, besides the spectacular view, is the comfortable beds! The mattresses and sheets were amazing! I\'ll go back just to sleep in those beds again! haha. It was so peaceful. Sitting on the deck in the evening was my favorite. They have plenty of comfortable chairs and couches out there which made it a great place to bundle up and visit with our friends. As for practicality, the pantry is Beyond what we ever expected. You could probably do 2 cartwheels in there. lol There were 3 fridge or freezers in the pantry as well as a huge fridge and freezer in the kitchen. Back to the pantry... They had multiple instapots, crockpots, blenders AND kitchen Aids! Also a few XL stock pots. This place was MADE for hosting large groups. The kitchen was easy to work in with other people. Smart design. Two sinks, Two or three ovens, giant gorgeous gas stove, I think they are Wolf appliances. ?? These guys really did think of everything. Something else to consider, this lodge seems like it would be great for winter visits as well. They\'ve got 2 theaters, a mini golf course, a sports court that could be used for basketball, pickle ball, volley ball (I think) and there is a really cool rock climbing wall as well! There is also a pool table, ping pong table and a foosball table in the downstairs game area. There\'s an amazing kids room with the most incredible view of the lake! The pool house was awesome! The jacuzzi and sauna would be particularly amazing in the winter. Also, the master retreat truly is a RETREAT. It\'s huge with comfortable seating for quiet visits along with a luxury bathroom. All in all, we LOVED it and will definitely be back!

Fantastic gathering place

This home is incredible. Not only are the views breathtaking, the home has so many features and amenities that make it a spacious and fun. There were awesome surprises all over the house from the putting green to pool house to play area for kids. Not to mention the comfortable set ups for large groups to sleep. I was amazed by the level of care they took in creating a space that accommodates all ages, weather conditions and groups. There is something for everyone and you can have a great time there all year round. We had a blast and highly recommend it to others.

Amazing Cabin

We were so impressed with the size, comfort, and the amenities of this lovely cabin and property. It is perfect for a family reunion, group retreat or business offsite meeting. You will find so many surprises, such as an indoor miniature golf, a great slide to the pool, hot tub, cold plunge, two climbing walls, one for kids, and one for adults, and indoor basketball area, two indoor theaters went upstairs and one downstairs, fun play areas for kids, indoors, and outdoors. And the bedrooms are very comfortable and lots of them and lots of beds. meeting areas are large with lots of seats and tables. You will not be crowded. Our group had such a good time here.

Amazing!

This house was incredible! We stayed with a large group, and it couldn’t have been more perfect for us. There were so many spaces and activities to enjoy together, but also plenty of quieter areas where people could relax, spread out, or do their own thing. The house itself was beautiful, spacious, and so well set up for a group stay. And the views were absolutely incredible! It gave us the perfect balance of being together without ever feeling crowded. Even with a large group, the sleeping areas felt quiet and private. We had such a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this home for families, reunions, or any large group looking for a special place to gather. We would definitely stay here again!

Stunning views perfect getaway!

Stayed at the Averon Lodge and could not be more impressed. The views are unmatched as you can see both ends of the lake from the deck. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to feed a crowd with plenty of room to store, prep and serve. There is so much to do with the pool house, mini golf, sport court, theater and more. We loved our stay and will book again soon.
